Former clergyman "deserves sentence"
A retired vicar who abused two young girls in his parish has lost his appeal against his jail term.
Robin Everett, 69, from Boulton, Derbyshire, was jailed in July 2003 after being convicted of a total of seven counts of indecent assault.
The girls were aged between eight and 15 when they were assaulted in the early 1980s, Appeal Court judge Mr Justice Mitting said.
